Politics
Now, increasing your heroes’ politics increases the effectiveness of Inspiration and hero training.
Experience
In Clash of Kingdoms 1.30, the best way to receiving experience is hero training. Of course, there are many ways to receive Inspiration as a reward, which will give your hero an instant boost of experience. Additionally, all items which give heroes more experience will work as they did in previous versions; however, Su’s War Classic will only be effective on heroes below level 50.
Gear
The best gear you can buy in the Mystery Shop is now Blue Gear. Additionally, Blue and Purple gear will now be dropped on the battlefield. This is the only way you can receive Purple Gear.
New Research
Now, you can research Mediation, which increases all experience earned by heroes during training, including any added with Inspirations.
Deployment Limits and Minimums
Though the Deployment Limits for individual cities has not changed, there have been some changes made to both the game’s Deployment system, details can be found below:
1. Now, when deploying from allied cities, you will have to use your ally’s deployment limit.
2. Carrier Wagons and Carriers now also fall under the Deployment Limit.
3. When deploying, troop size must at least equal to your destinations Deployment Minimum. Squads that do not meet the minimum will not be allowed to deploy to their intended destination.
4. The higher level a city is, the larger it’s Deployment Minimum will be.
5. There is no Deployment Minimum when deploying to cities within your own Kingdom, unless the city is currently under attack, in which case, there will be a Deployment minimum for players who do not have a manor in that city.
Historical Campaigns
Inspiration can now be acquired through Historical Campaigns.
Restore Manors
If you abandon your manor, you can restore it in another city and keep all your opened plots of land, but all buildings will start at Lv. 0. No matter how a manor was lost, if you wish to restore it in a higher level city, you must use gold.

Academy
The quiz "Best and Brightest" in the Academy is removed, and there is a new game called "Hero Roster".
Goal of Hero Roster: Choose the matching portrait on the right side before the scroll is completely revealed.

Troop Size Display
Now, you will not be able to see a squad’s troop size during combat until they have either moved or received damage.
Stimulus Tasks
Several Stimulus Tasks have been removed from the game:
1. All stimulus tasks that increase the rate at which Experience is gained
2. City Raid
3. Homeland Defiance
Rallying Troops in the Arena
Now, if you disband an entire squad while in the Arena, you must rally your troops again.
Inspiration cool down time
Each time you use an Inspiration, your cool down time will increase by 10 minutes. You may use Inspiration until your cool time reaches or exceeds on hour. After this, you must wait until the clock reaches 0 to use Inspiration again.
Enhance Stats
The Enhancement limit is determined by your hero’s level and stats.
Hero Transformation
You may only use the Hero Transformation feature within 7 days of the upgrade. After 7 days, we will disable this function. Please decide quickly whether or not you want to transform your hero.
Free Clarion Call
Because of some changes we have made to the various unit types, we are giving each player Clarion Call x1, allowing you to change you Ultimate Soldiers.
Kingdom Info
In the new version, recruit speed and resource output will not vary between Kingdoms.
