[Event 1]Collect Taxes, Get Free Resources!

Details:
During the event, players will be able to receive Basalt Gem x1 + Minor Scholar's Seal x5 after collecting taxes 7 times or more every day. Bribe Taxmen does not count towards this event.
Notes:
1. During the event, each player may only claim their reward once per day.
2. Players can claim their reward from the Events and Announcements Panel directly.
3. Basalt Gem: Exchange for 5000 to 50,000 Wood, Stone, Iron and Food. The longer the server is open, the higher the exchange rate.
Minor Scholar's Seal: Decrease Scroll Scouting cooldown time by 4 hours. Use to exchange Ability Training Scrolls at the Item Exchange.
[Event 2] City Points
Duration: Mar 12th 12:00 AM to Mar 15th 11:59 PM (PDT)

Details:
During this event, player whose City Points reach 1,000 will receive Roll-Call Platform x1 from the Events & Announcement panel.
During this event, player whose City Points reach 3,000 will receive Roll-Call Platform x1 from the Events & Announcement panel.
During this event, player whose City Points reach 6,000 will receive Roll-Call Platform x1 from the Events & Announcement panel.
During this event, player whose City Points reach 12,000 will receive Roll-Call Platform x1 from the Events & Announcement panel.
Notes:
1. Click your character portrait to view your current city points.
2. City points are earned by Improving Roads, Expanding the Market, Repairing the Walls, and Patrolling in cities throughout the kingdom.
2. Players can get multi rewards from the event. That is means if your City Points reach 12,000, you can get Roll-Call Platform x4 from this event
3. Each person can only claim the reward once during the event.
4. Roll-Call Platform: Decrease recruitment time by 30%. Multiple Role-Call Platforms can be used per queue. Can Speed-up recruitment time of an individual soldier to 10 seconds at the fastest.

During the event, For every 50 gold used on the "Bribe Owner" option in Scroll Scouting in a single day, you can receive Minor Scholar's Seal x5. The more you use, the more you win.
During the event, you will be able to receive the same Training Scrolls after you purchase the training scrolls below in the "Scroll Scouting", no limit on how many you can win:

Details:
For every 150 gold used in one day, you can receive Prismatic Scroll Chest x2 + Prismatic Jewel x1. There is no limit on how many you can win.
For every 300 gold spend in one day, you can receive Deep Trench Treasure Chest x2 + Han Xin Treatise x2. There is no limit on how many you can win.
For every 500 gold spend in one day, you can receive Martial Stockpile Crate x1. There is no limit on how many you can win.
Notes:
1. This event is calculated on a daily basis, spending cannot be calculated over a given period of days.
2. Rewards will be sent to players’ Inventory at 3:00 am the following day after meeting a requirement.
3. Gold spend on Bronze Seals, Gold Bricks, and Jade Seals will not be counted in.

* Prismatic Scroll Chest: Receive a random active or passive Lv. 1 Ability Scroll upon use.
