Interview with LittleWolf--the Premier of the victorious kingdom on S13
S13 Overlord Epic had achieved unification in Clash of Kingdoms. I suppose we all want to know more about those guys who made this possible. The CoK made an interview with LittleWolf--the Premier of the victorious Kingdom on S13. Now let's lesson to him about his story in the game.
Q1: Congratulations LittleWolf! Your kingdom achieved the unification of the whole world. Want to say something to your team members?
Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to unite the server that fast without all the hardwork of each individual Jiao citizen. Jiao started off as the kingdom with the least citizens and I don't think others view us as much of a threat but with a good team going, we were soon able to get things going and mount a serious challenge. I would like to take this chance to thank the pioneer members of the council (ShuArmy, Aleric, Sikada, LittleRose, Shaftoe, Brainiac & ZhugeQi) and also the citizens of Ma who joined us after our conquest of their kingdom notably Katty, MaTtHan, Vinc, Valkyrie, LieMingHui and Shingo. You guys were awesome!
Q2: How can you manage and handle such a big team of some about hundreds of people, any technique to share with us?
ShuArmy was our premier since day one and I got elected only after the unification so for that you have to ask him. In my opinion, everyone in the team were clear of our goals and we managed each other so things were pretty easy. Our citizens were cooperative and there were very strong bonds within the legions which made the overall job easy. A plus point was that we had IXs in both Asia, Europe and the Americas so there were always people around whenever someone needed help.
Q3: On your way to the final victory, what do you think is the most difficult, and which part you enjoy the most?
Coordinating was a real challenge as we set targets for each invasion and in order to achieve that, we needed our citizens to be online. S13 was the first CoK server for 90% of the people inside so proper guidiance and coordination was very important. Apart from that, we made the decision of taking on Ma which was the strongest kingdom at that time and our troop reserves was very empty since we were still at the initial stage of the server. We are thankful we had our close allies Tao to watch our back so we got away with it and managed to bring Ma down. As for what I enjoyed the most, it was definately the part where I got to make a lot of friends from other kingdoms and seeing them come to Jiao to fight alongside me.
Q4: You must have known Clash of Kingdoms very well, any suggestions for us?
The server transfer policy definately needs somes tweaking and on top of that, I would really like to see more legendary heroes being added to the game. Restricting 1 player to 12 heroes is fine by me but for those who already have 12 golds, things are pretty much over. It will be a real challenge if there are more than 12 golds available for choosing so that players can choose to mix and match what they have and pit their skills against others in Last Man Standing and Battle Royals.
Q5: What do you think is the most effective way to help a newbie grow rapidly in the game?
I learn the game from guides and postings from the forum and I strongly suggest newbies do the same. Apart from that, its all pretty much down to the seasoned players to help them out so picking a good legion and participating regularly in Kingdom/Legion chats would also enable them to get better responses to their questions.
Q6: As we know that you get the office of premier recently, then how would you evaluate the previous premier ShuArmy?
There is a good reason why he is premier since day 1 all the way till the day of server unification. He has been great and has a keen eye for talents and picking the right people for the job. Some people might not like him because of his 3 legion only policy and restriction on the amount of IX in the kingdom but that is precisely the reason behind our success. I believe our results speak for itself and he has nothing more to prove to his doubters.
Q7: Do you want to create a new legion after server transger? If so, please leave your new legion name and your new character name so that we can help to make some advertisement for you on the forum.
Nothing is confirmed yet but previous discussions was that we will form "Little Army" over at our next server. The founders are of course LittleRose and me and I think most of our friends are gonna adopt the "LittleName" concept to fit in. However don't worry, even if you don't have a Little in your nick, we still welcome you to our Little family. Haha
Finally, congratulations again to the veterans of S13! Take your battle to a new realm and use your wisdom and expertise to lead a new Kingdom to glory on new servers! And we hope that you can be friends of the veterans on your destination servers!
