Interview with CaoAng--the Premier of the victorious kingdom on S8
S8 Rumble of Ancients had achieved unification in Clash of Kingdoms. I suppose we all want to know more about those guys who made this possible.
We have made an Interview with CaoAng.Let's listen to his stories in CoK!
Q1: Hi CaoAng. First, congratulations to you and your kingdom on achieving the unification of the whole world. How are you feeling now? Want to say something to your team members?
My feeling is very happy. I want everybody in COK knows that s8 finally achieves unification after hard-work and sacrificing many hours of playing this game. I want to thank to all of the players in my kingdom. Some of them sacrificed their family time to play this game and follow my PO. Some of them sacrificed their working hour to play this game and follow my PO. We finally can see the result and happy together on the unification by our Tao kingdom.
Q2: How can you manage and handle such a big team of some about hundreds of people, any technique to share with us?
I have to answer all of their mail and question in the Chat. This is the risk of being Premier. A Premier has to be committed to do their job of arranging the Kingdom and bringing the Kingdom to glorious battles. Players trusted and elected me, so I should not ignore any of them. The first premier Anti-Christ was a dictator, he ignored all of member inquiry and mail, and so many players became lazy to play this game. I always respect every player because they are not our slave. We do not pay them any wages or salary but they are willing to spend their time to follow my order. I implemented the democratic style to govern the Tao Kingdom. Everybody could speak their opinions and mailed me. Every deputies and commanders of 3 big legions could lead the war by becoming the commander for the war. It was really helpful because I did not need to think by myself for the war time and setting. I helped them posting the PO and put the commander name for the war. Other members could follow the war commander to join and launch the attack according to the war commander wills. Many players became happy of this flexibility and they were willing to spend more time of playing for doing the war. 60 remaining Shao Cities were captured within 4 days, and then we spent 2 days for preparing the troops before capturing the Shao Capital with 500,000 troops in the 2 days war.
Q3: On your way to the final victory, what do you think is the most difficult, and which part you enjoy the most?
The most difficult was how to get players from different time zone can online together to do the war. I also cannot play this game 24 hours. That is why I posted new regulation that every deputy and commander of 3 biggest legions can arrange and lead the war. For the big war like capturing the capital, I also asked members to vote or mail me what time they can do the war. Then I posted the attacking time in PO based on the most members’ opinion.
I enjoy the most when I notice that my strategy could give very surprising result. All of Tao kingdom Players became very aggressive in doing the war. 60 Shao cities can be captured within 4 days. I did not need to lead the war, but other players did the war for me. Thank you for all war of commanders: BangunLeung, LieMingHui, GuanYu2010, Akira, ZhenHui, Surewin1, ndndnd, Tytyty,XinHu,and Blobo. Special thank for SmallSoldier that become my tutor when I was a newbie because I started late joining s8 server. I enjoy that I can get rank 5 in the top players ranking in s8 at the end of the server.

Are you going to create a new legion after server transfer? If so, please leave your new legion name and your new character name so that we can help to make some advertisement for you on the forum. ^_^
My character name is always CaoAng. I always use CaoAng name: in the forum, TKO and COK. My current legion name in s8 is Asean Food because I inherited that commandership from Lormee. My new legion name will be Asean United in the new server. It is because most of player in my legion is following the Asean time zone for war time. \ I also respect Lormee as my ex-commander, so I only change the “Food” to become “United”.
